門窗制造企業(yè)在生產(chǎn)過程中，門窗設(shè)備供電會出現(xiàn)各式各樣的問題，其實這些都是很正常的，下面對經(jīng)常斷電或電壓不穩(wěn)定給設(shè)備造成的傷害做一下闡述，希望引起各門窗生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的注意。供電不穩(wěn)定除給企業(yè)生產(chǎn)造成影響外，對門窗加工設(shè)備也會造成一定的傷害：

（1）設(shè)備停機。盡管沒有形成物理損壞，但容易可編程控 制 器的程序或邏輯失常、數(shù)據(jù)丟失或軟件損壞。CNC數(shù)據(jù)（報括操作體系、參數(shù)、程序等）不得不從頭建立或更換PLC等。供電不穩(wěn)定也會造成設(shè)備的電腦意外死機、鎖死或非正常觸發(fā)設(shè)備NC—PLC復(fù)位、CNC體系停止響應(yīng)等問題，致使設(shè)備運行不穩(wěn)定。重新將電腦復(fù)位（通常是關(guān)機）才能使軟件恢復(fù)正常作業(yè)。

門窗設(shè)備廠家

(1) Equipment shutdown. Although there is no physical damage, it is easy to cause program or logic malfunction, data loss or software damage. CNC data (including operating system, parameters, programs, etc.) have to be established or replaced from scratch. The unstable power supply will also cause the computer of the equipment to crash, lock or abnormally trigger the nc-plc reset of the equipment and the CNC system to stop responding, resulting in the unstable operation of the equipment. Reset the computer (usually shut down) to make the software return to normal operation.

（2）設(shè)備功能下降。如果長時間存在電壓不穩(wěn)定（電壓波動過大），會造成設(shè)備電子元件和電路功能下降，電子元器件使用壽命降低，使門窗設(shè)備整體運行壽命縮短，這些也是普遍存在各門窗企業(yè)內(nèi)的問題。
